-The role of Captain takes on a new form. Taking hold of the successful Warboss idea. At the beggining (first sunday) or each month, the mass election will take place. 8pm est at the Court of Truth
-You must be of Veteran status or a Division head to run. (This means heavy militia, shadow rangers, sappers, engineers, Exorcists, ect ect.)
-Officers cannot run for captain, as they run the Militia and keep it organized.
-Captains duties will be to keep the Militia fit and trim, and exerting the defence of Yew and assaulting the enemies of Yew. He/She/It will have control of all war parties and events unless explictly led by the officers or the Colonel. (Colonel being the head of the Militia, but not necessarily organizing the day to day wear and tear of the outfit, and issueing orders down to the Captain and officers.)
-Candidates must issue their candiacy BEFORE the election takes place. This is done by posting on the tavern UOTC forum. Canidates may proclaim candiacy as early as they like.
-An officer will tally the votes for captain by either a show of hands, Aye or a pamphlet hand out (which is returned to the officer for tallying) on the first sunday of every month.
-You may only vote for the candidates running. Any and all Militia can vote.
-The Captains term will last until the next voting term. You CAN be re-elected as much as you like. It is YOUR duty to turn the minds of the Militia.
